Delivery problemsUpdated 4 days ago

All delivery-related updates (such as customer not present, delivery to a UPS Access Point, incorrect recipient, address issues, etc.) are communicated directly by UPS via email and are always visible in the UPS tracking portal by entering your tracking number.

Please note an important distinction regarding our U.S. shipping process:

  • UPS Ground is used for the international leg of the shipment, routing the order safely to the U.S. hub (JFK – New York) and allowing proper customs clearance.

  • UPS Air is then used for the final domestic delivery within the United States.

For this reason, UPS Air customer service cannot provide information about the Ground leg, as it is an international service specifically designed to ensure secure customs processing. This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your shipment.
