All delivery-related updates (such as customer not present, delivery to a UPS Access Point, incorrect recipient, address issues, etc.) are communicated directly by the carrier via email and are always visible in the tracking portal using your tracking number.
Please note that our Standard Shipping (3 Business Days) service is fulfilled directly within the United States from our logistics hub in New Jersey.
Once the carrier takes charge of the shipment, delivery typically takes approximately 3 business days within the U.S.
Tracking updates are generally available regularly throughout the delivery process.
