All our products are made using traditional methods, following a carefully controlled production process. Panettone, Pandoro, and Colomba have a shelf life of approximately 90 days.

The Best Before date is clearly indicated on each product's packaging in month/year format (MM/YY). For example, BEST BEFORE: 11/26 means 31 November 2026.

The Best Before date indicates the period during which the product is expected to maintain its optimal quality, flavor, and texture when stored correctly. It is a quality indicator rather than an expiration date.

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 68–72°F (20–22°C). Avoid sudden temperature fluctuations and do not refrigerate.

After opening, keep the product in its original bag, tightly sealed to preserve freshness. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within one week for the best taste and texture.
