⚠️How does shipping work for USA Reservation orders?Updated 5 hours ago

USA Reservation orders are shipped from Italy and delivery is estimated within 8–12 business days from the shipping date. Weekends and public holidays are not included.

The parcel travels in two main stages:
1. International transit and U.S. customs clearance
 The order first leaves Italy as part of an international shipment to the United States. During this stage, the parcel must also complete U.S. customs clearance.
For this reason, the UPS tracking may show limited updates or remain unchanged for several business days while the shipment is travelling internationally or going through customs. This does not necessarily mean that the parcel is delayed or not moving.

2. UPS Small Package – final delivery
Once the international transit and customs clearance are completed, the parcel enters the UPS Small Package network for final delivery to the customer’s address.
 At this stage, tracking normally begins to update more frequently and UPS can provide a clearer estimated delivery date.
Please note: Reservation orders follow a different shipping process from Daily USA orders fulfilled directly from our U.S. warehouse. For this reason, transit and tracking times are longer.
For Christmas 2026 Reservation orders, please always refer to the 8–12 business day estimated delivery window from the shipping date.
