I haven’t heard from the UPS courier, what should I do?Updated 12 days ago
In this case, contact the Ups service at www.ups.com. For problems regarding other issues contact our customer service.
Shipments to the United States take approximately 7 to 10 business days.
This is because orders are shipped via UPS Ground international service, not express shipping. During the first part of the journey, shipments are transported as consolidated pallet shipments, which is why tracking updates may appear limited or show “in transit”.
Once the shipment arrives in the U.S. and completes customs clearance, each parcel enters the UPS Small Package phase. At that point, the package is individually scanned, tracking updates become more frequent, and the final delivery date is confirmed.
This process is completely normal for international ground shipments and explains the overall delivery timeframe of 7–10 business days.
