Once your order has been shipped within 5 business days, any delay occurring after this time frame cannot be attributed to Olivieri 1882.
Possible delays are exclusively due to customs clearance procedures, U.S. logistics regulations, weather conditions, or carrier-related constraints, which are outside our control.

International shipments, especially to the United States, are subject to inspections and operational processes that may temporarily affect transit times. These circumstances do not constitute a delay on our part when the order has been dispatched within the contractual timeframe.
