The shipping start date is confirmed during the checkout process.
During holidays (Easter, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) deliveries may be delayed.
From January shipping to the United States takes 15 business days from the time it is picked up.
The shipping starts from Italy.
Shipments to the United States take approximately 15 business days.
This is because orders are shipped via UPS Ground international service, not express shipping. During the first part of the journey, shipments are transported as consolidated pallet shipments, which is why tracking updates may appear limited or show “in transit”.
Once the shipment arrives in the U.S. and completes customs clearance, each parcel enters the UPS Small Package phase. At that point, the package is individually scanned, tracking updates become more frequent, and the final delivery date is confirmed.
This process is completely normal for international ground shipments and explains the overall delivery timeframe of 15 business days.
The Valentine’s Day shipment will be picked up by UPS on the evening of January 27th. From that date, the standard timeline of 10 business days applies. Please note that due to the severe weather conditions reported in the United States on January 26th — including flight cancellations caused by snowstorms — there may be delays in customs clearance and transit times.
