Standard Shipping (3 Business Days)

Standard Shipping is available for selected products that are ready to ship from our logistics partner in New Jersey, USA.

Orders are processed within approximately 24 hours, and delivery takes approximately 3 business days from the moment the carrier picks up the package.

During peak periods such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas, occasional delays may occur due to higher shipping volumes.

Reservation Shipping (Thanksgiving & Christmas)

Reservation Shipping allows you to pre-order your favorite Panettone for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

At checkout, you can choose between two shipping options:

• Thanksgiving Reservation: Your order will be shipped according to the Thanksgiving shipping schedule.

• Christmas Reservation: Your order will be shipped according to the Christmas shipping schedule.

Reservation orders are shipped from Italy, with an estimated transit time of 8–12 business days from carrier pickup.

Please note:

• Reservation Shipping does not allow you to select a specific or personalized delivery date.

• Shipping dates refer to when orders begin to be handed over to the carrier, not guaranteed delivery dates.

• Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to switch between Standard Shipping and Reservation Shipping.

• The available shipping options are displayed at checkout based on the products in your cart.

How Can I Choose My Shipping Method?
