As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email from the UPS courier containing the tracking number from which you can follow the progress of the shipment. If you already have the tracking number, please visit www.ups.com
All delivery-related updates (such as customer not present, delivery to a UPS Access Point, incorrect recipient, address issues, etc.) are communicated directly by UPS via email and are always visible in the UPS tracking portal by entering your tracking number.
